At NEOTROFITS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns on perfumes & Accessories. However we would be open for a discussion here as well if needed.
- Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us via our WhatsApp number with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
- We offer size and color exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, and we’ll ship the replacement after your call and understanding the new requirements. Our rider will drop the new parcel and pick the old one at the same time.
- Exchange shipping charges are borne by us if any mistake from our side
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for returned items that meet the conditions above.
- Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed immediately.
